Product Description
AQUAPLY-S is a double-base laminated felt using two separate single-layer bases. The typical 1+1 design combines a bottom base for void volume/load bearing with a top base selected for uniform pressure distribution in the press nip.
Applications
- Pick-up and press positions on high-speed machines for fine paper and newsprint.
- High-nip-load press positions for finer paper.
- Second press position of a bi-nip press, including shoe press loads up to 800 kg/cm and nip width up to 280 mm.
- High-speed press positions for packaging and board grades.
