Product Description
AQUAVENT is an integrally woven double-layer felt, commonly using plied monofilaments in MD and CMD. The construction is selected for application requirements and is designed to resist premature compaction while maintaining water handling and pressure distribution.
Applications
- Plain presses with medium nip load for finer and specialty grades.
- Suction pick-up and second press positions on medium-speed bi-nip/uni-press machines.
- Bottom position of tri-nip presses for finer and newsprint grades.
- Machines up to 80 kg/cm nip load for kraft grades.
- First/second press positions for high-BF kraft and duplex board.
